Dheeraj, Chief Executive Officer of ITPF Technology, is a visionary business leader, lifelong learner, and proven disruptor with extensive experience in international business development, digital transformation, start-ups, turnarounds, joint ventures, mergers, and acquisitions.

A Master of Business Process Management and Project/Program Management, Dheeraj has successfully led the rapid transformation of ITPF into a leading technology consulting and digital solutions company, partnering with some of the world’s most prestigious global enterprises.

Under his leadership, ITPF has built strong digital capabilities and fostered a culture of client-centric innovation, agility, and execution excellence. Dheeraj is responsible for defining, executing, and communicating the company’s global strategy, ensuring sustainable growth and long-term value creation.

With over two decades of leadership experience, Dheeraj’s career is distinguished by his ability to drive large-scale change, accelerate business growth, and build high-performing, passionate teams that consistently deliver impact.

Prior to joining ITPF Technology, Dheeraj held leadership roles at IBM, HFCL, and VSNL, gaining deep expertise across enterprise technology, telecommunications, and global operations.

Director – Infrastructure

Pranjit, Director – Infrastructure at ITPF, oversees global infrastructure operations and plays a pivotal role in driving the company’s strategic transition from a services-led model to a solutions-driven organization.

With over 20 years of experience in engineering and technology, Pranjit brings deep expertise in product development, research & development (R&D), and engineering strategy. He has successfully led multiple high-impact initiatives, delivering operational excellence, strengthening customer relationships, and launching new service offerings that support business growth.

Pranjit provides strategic leadership across service lines, focusing on resource fulfillment, competency development, automation, and global delivery for high-growth industry portfolios. He also oversees operations management, ensuring optimal cost efficiency, quality assurance, and scalable delivery to enable profitable and sustainable growth.

His core specializations include IT Infrastructure, Telecommunications, and Customer Orchestration solutions.

Prior to joining ITPF, Pranjit held key roles at IBM and Datacraft, and is widely recognized for his significant contributions to the CBDT–TAXNET project, one of India’s landmark government IT initiatives.

Director – Technology and Cloud Strategy

Ahmad, Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Director – Technology & Cloud at ITPF, leads the development of a forward-looking technology and cloud roadmap that defines ITPF’s technology solutions and innovation strategy. He works closely with cross-functional technology teams to design competitive, market-ready, and future-focused solutions, while identifying and nurturing next-generation digital skills across the organization.

He is a key driver of enterprise innovation, spearheading the implementation of solutions incubated through ITPF’s innovation platform to deliver tangible business value.

With over 20 years of experience, Ahmad is a seasoned business and technology leader specializing in NextGen products, digital platforms, cloud solutions, and enterprise services. His industry expertise spans banking and financial services, logistics, insurance, manufacturing, healthcare, retail, and technology.

Prior to joining ITPF, Ahmad held senior leadership roles at HCL, HP, HPE, Wipro, and 3i Infotech, contributing to large-scale digital transformation initiatives.

Ahmad holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.), a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) in Computer Science, and an MBA, combining strong technical depth with strategic business leadership.

Director – Sales and Marketing

Praveen, Director – Sales & Marketing at ITPF, is a seasoned business leader with over 18 years of multi-functional and multi-domain experience in the technology sector. He brings extensive exposure across diverse industries, including retail, automotive, banking, e-governance, and enterprise technology.

Praveen has strong expertise in program management, CXO-level engagement, and operational governance, enabling him to align business strategy with customer outcomes. He possesses hands-on consultative sales experience, particularly in solutions for product and project lifecycle management (PLM) within the product design and manufacturing industry.

His experience spans direct sales, solution delivery, and go-to-market execution across key verticals such as technology, automotive, banking, retail, and government initiatives.

Prior to joining ITPF, Praveen held leadership roles at IBM, HDFC, Genpact, Intas, and Emcure, where he contributed to business growth, enterprise sales, and large-scale solution delivery initiatives.

Director – Finance & Administration

Manoj leads ITPF Technology’s strategic finance and operations functions, overseeing financial planning, auditing, accounting, taxation, investor relations, legal and regulatory compliance, procurement, recruitment, operations, organizational learning, and physical infrastructure management.

Before joining ITPF Technology, Manoj served as Chief Financial Officer at KD Technologies, where he played a pivotal role in driving financial governance and operational efficiency.

With over 20 years of leadership experience, Manoj has held senior roles at global organizations such as IBM and Reliance Jio, bringing deep expertise in enterprise finance, corporate governance, and large-scale business operations.
